Police are looking to identify a man who used stolen credit cards

On September 18, 2022, at 7:45am, the Fort St John RCMP received a report of a theft of a wallet from a vehicle parked in the 11200 block of 115th Avenue. The credit and debit cards were then used to purchase items from various convenience stores in Fort St John.
On October 4, 2022, at 8:37am, the Fort St John RCMP again received a report of a theft of a wallet from a vehicle parked on Princess Crescent. The credit and debit cards were then used to purchase items from various convenience stores in Fort St John.
Fort St John RCMP received surveillance video from the convenience stores where the cards were used. In both instances, the same man was observed making the purchases.

The man is described as:
- Caucasian,
- average build,
- dark brown or black hair,
- dark coloured goatee with a thin, chin strap beard,
- last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a brown and beige camouflage cap and a black necklace.
